Cornwall, we have a real connection with it. Now we have just that little bit more.
Knee Deep, a non-profit, independently ran festival located in a secret location near Trerulefoot in Cornwall, have announced the line up of their fifth annual two-day event. It’s filled with an eclectic array of acts that will perfectly fit a summer of enjoying a cider when it’s an absolute blazer (we pray with our everything crossed).
Taking place on the 1st & 2nd August, trudging down in their wellingtons for the weekend will be some of our favourite upcoming artists this year, including two acts that we featured in our ones to watch in 2014. The acts are:
Leeds Post-Punk five piece Eagulls will be letting their self-titled debut album loose on what is sure to be a rampant crowd, their live set will be something to behold, especially on the festival circuit.
Accompanying them to the south west will be psych-dance troupe Flamingods, Cardiff Noise-experimentalists Islet and Bristol’s organically electronic Oliver Wilde.
Also playing are Rory Atwell included London Five-Piece Parlour, solo female artists Peggy Sue and Rosie Lowe, Norwegian Six-Piece Team Me and Bristol House-Duo Apex Collective.
The festival will celebrate it’s 5th birthday this summer, before taking a break in 2015.
